Sometimes it can be challenging to obtain reliable, honest feedback from employees and colleagues. People are often hesitant to be transparent or they don’t want to get someone in trouble. To tackle this issue, we have created a 360 review process that we can administer, compile and assess the data, and then report back on the results including strengths, opportunities for improvement and coaching/training strategies. It’s a great management tool but it is also a great way to obtain feedback from your own team. This review can include surveying employees, colleagues and management as well as board members and/or community partners if applicable.
Costs will depend on the number of people being surveyed and the complexity of the role and/or organization.

The 360 Leadership Review process begins with careful planning, where we determine the areas of focus, timelines, and participants for a tailored experience. We handle all communication and coordination with participants, ensuring a smooth process while you provide the contacts. Through an efficient online platform, participants complete the survey, and depending on the group, we may conduct follow-up interviews to gather deeper insights. The process culminates in a comprehensive report, offering aggregated data, filtered feedback, and actionable recommendations. Finally, we hold a debrief session to review the findings and address any questions.
