“Sarah implemented innovative and effective policies and initiatives. Such employee support resulted in a positive team-building environment that allowed our company to continue to grow and establish a reputation as one of the sought-after companies to work for in the industry.”
“UptreeHR helped us get more applicants than our past attempts for this position, especially a larger group of high quality candidates we were able to interview. They also helped save us time posting and promoting the position, and doing the initial screen of candidates. Overall, we were very pleased with the service. It was money well spent to secure the individual we hired.”
Sarah supported me tremendously and her advice and demeanor instilled confidence immediately. To have someone with her depth of knowledge and corporate experience available to us via a retainer relationship was perfect since, as a fairly small company, we couldn’t afford a full-time HR professional of her calibre.”
“Sarah is a solid, seasoned HR professional with a firm understanding of employment law, HR policies and strategies and perspective on best HR practices in large and small companies. Sarah is very customer focused and works closely with internal customers to develop workable policies, practices and implementation. Sarah is very well respected and relied on by employees and managers for her knowledge and practical counsel.”
“We have downloaded online solutions before but Sarah provided the in-person, professional support and advice we needed for our specific situation. We now know we can count on Sarah for our HR requirements as our company grows.”
“UptreeHR Inc. effectively supports teams and individuals at all levels and, perhaps most uniquely, is able to recommend leading edge HR change as well as design and implement programs. With uptreeHR Inc.’s experience and competency, smaller organizations are able to harness the guidance for HR situations to which they would not normally have access.”
